Hands and Feet:

Beautiful, well-kept and delicate hands and feet are important. Hands and feet often characterize a person. Hands tell you how you lead your life and what your beauty regime is. It is said that the hands tell you the age of a woman. Hands play an important role in communication. Some of hand care tips are as follows:
  • The skin on your hand is thin and delicate; therefore moisturize your hands at least four times a day. The face exfoliator can be used on the hands once a week. The face cream is recommended to be applied on the hands before going to bed.
  • For dry hands, it is suggested to wet them again after washing them with soap. Put on some salt on your hands and then scrub them under water and apply moisturizer on them, this helps to reduce dryness of hands.
  • For greasy hands, rubbing cornmeal on them after washing is recommended. Always wear rubber gloves while working at home and in the garden. Protect and prevent your hands from aging and rough uses. Cover your hands while working in the sun.
Taking Care of the Feet

Cracked heels are the major problem of our feet. This is a result of your ignorance towards your feet. Ugly and unclean feet coming out of your shoes make the entire beauty a waste. Dirty feet, cracked heels, and dirty toenails decrease your beauty no matter how beautiful your face may be. Some tips to keep the feet beautiful are as follows:
  • The first remedy is to drink lots of water to keep the skin moist. It will keep your skin soft and flexible and skin will not get as dry to cut and crack. Always wash your feet properly whenever coming from outside. Sleep after washing your feet thoroughly; some moisturizing cream can also be applied. Soak your feet in lukewarm water with a little soap or shampoo in it. It will loosen the tight dead skin from your soles and heels thus making it smooth.
  • Use foot scrubber to flake out the dead skin and brush away the unwanted skin with a small brush meant for feet. Rubbing pumice stone proves to be helpful in clearing the dead dull skin. Wipe your feet and massage foot cream on them regularly. You can even apply petroleum jelly or your daily body lotion on your feet before going to sleep. Always keep the toe nails cut and well shaped.
  • Massage the feet and put pressure on the medical points. Rubbing onion oil on the skin rashes and itches is quite helpful. Never wear shoes in wet legs and wet soaks. Walking on the grass barefoot early morning rejuvenates the feet and improves the eyesight.
