- A facemask of egg white and honey gently removes the tan layer from your face. The mixture of oats with honey, yogurt and ground almonds, applied for five minutes on the face and then washing away the pack with lukewarm water makes the skin color lighter.
- Cucumber is a natural cleanser. The cucumber juice is mixed with milk and used instead of a cleanser. 1/3-cup cocoa, three teaspoons of heavy cream, 1/3-cup ripe papaya, 1/4-cup honey and three teaspoons of oatmeal powder is mixed together and applied on face. After keeping it for 10 minutes, the face should be washed with warm water. This is the best remedy for oily skin types.
- A mixture of grapes, lemon and egg white also works well on oily skins. Leave this pack for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water. Lemon acts as a natural cleanser and grapes soften your skin and the egg whites tighten it. If your skin tingles, be assured that the pack is working.
- The lemon can be cut and rubbed with the wedge all over the face. Leave it for around 20 minutes and then rinse off with cold water. This will refresh your face. People with dry skin should avoid this process.
- The mix of honey, lemon and vegetable oil is a good moisturizer for dry skin. Apply this mask for about 10 minutes. The mixture of honey and milk on the face makes your skin glow. Mixing a slice of pumpkin with egg yolk and milk and applying it on your face for 30 minutes can bring a glowing skin immediately.
- Half-a-cup honey to your bath water ensures soft and smooth skin. A recommended body pack is a paste of mint leaves and almonds. Mix it with warm water and apply the paste all over your body. Leave it till it dries and clean with warm water. Carrot juice application daily fades blemishes. Buttermilk dabbed on skin for 15 minutes will soak up oil from your skin without drying it.
- For dark underarms and neck, one can apply lemon juice with cucumber juice and a pinch of turmeric daily. Keep it on for around 20 minutes. For removing facial hair, apply a sticky mixture of egg white blended with sugar and corn flour. After it dries, gently peel it off and this can be three to four times a week.
